Your role:
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Review operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance business processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and propose solutions.
- Influence decision-making by presenting data-driven recommendations.
- Process Improvement:
- Assess evolving business processes and recommend enhancements.
- Streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Generate regular reports for management and project teams.
- Technical Acumen:
- Understand technical aspects of systems and applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IT technologies and e-commerce processes.
- Agile Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience in applying them.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced technical skills, including data analysis tools.
- Documentation: Excellent documentation skills.
Awesome to have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, CBDA, PBA, AAC, and similar.
- Experience working in a start-up environment.
